I FIGURED I'D PUT MYSELF OUT THERE

I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life past puberty. 217 lbs weren’t even my heaviest. I was just under 270 at my heaviest, and I don’t even have pics of it because anytime a camera would come out, I’d disappear. I got the stretch marks to prove I was a heavy fella. I’m still not as lean as I’d like to be, but that’s also ok, as I still get to enjoy pizza, burgers, and ice cream 🍦.

I'M NOT PERFECT

I’m not perfect by any means, but I understand what it’s like to be heavy and unhappy with how you feel in your skin. I also know what it takes to make a big change, drop that weight, and become more comfortable with yourself.

I’m not one of those perfect weight loss / personal trainers you see online. I’ve been fat, I’m relatively unathletic, but I work my tail off. So when you see me doing cool stuff in videos, you're not seeing the thousands of attempts I’ve failed at or the years of working with light weights to be able to lift the heavy weights.
