Herb-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or sage)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Rub olive oil over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Sprinkle dried herbs, salt, and pepper over the pork.
  5. Arrange the halved Brussels sprouts around the pork on the baking sheet.
