Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz salmon fillet
  • 1/2 lb asparagus
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the asparagus alongside the salmon.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender. Serve hot.
